Accidently found this, and maybe you all know it already   <fp.

If you hold down the alt key for a second or two, these little highlighted number keys show up that you can use with the alt key to not have to click with the mouse all the time:

Thanks, I am trying to help someone with a save problem by having them try Alt-E.

That would bring up the Effects ribbon, hence the E..
