You may want to try your local WalMart. Yesterday, I bought 16/2 spt extension cords (6 foot length, brown or white) for 94 cents each. I believe the regular price is $1.27. It's not the lowest price around, but it's getting there...Bill

Did anything become of this? With all of the recent LE coop's, there sould be a large need for cord sets - myself included.

One of the posters a page back showed where to get them almost as cheap and I was going to be able to and I do not have to spend thousands and mess with china and ship companies ect.

Do it matter if they are rated for outdoors (i.,e. UV protected?).

If you have IT guys, You might be able to get some of their extra 16/3 power cords.  That is what I am using for my input cords.  On paper, dual inputs at rated 26A (2x13A).  For me that is fine, since that setup will be mostly LED and the breakers are 15A anyway.

If anyone is using lower power setups, then I still have a large box of 18/3 power cords that I am pretty much giving away for shipping.  I think that 18/3 is rated 10A on paper, so 20A if dual corded.

Still have these? I am running very low power.. Mostly LED

HD is clearing last years out for 97 cents each, I cleaned out the HD by my place. I bought 4 cases.  (24 to a case).

Bill "anything under a dollar doesn't count in the budget"
Wife "but you bought a case of them"
Bill " if I bought them individually they would be under a dollar"
Wife "A case is $24.00"
Bill "Not quite .... I was just being efficient by buying a case, I could have bought them seperatley"
