In my rgbeffects.xml is a section called "effects".  What are these?  They appear to be things that are left over from the old version of nutcracker.  Can those lines be deleted?  I never see them listed anywhere on the current nutcracker menus, but I may not be looking for the right thing.

If you build a cool effect, you can save it to reuse in future songs
