Zeus Setup Utility not working on Win7 {{{Solved}}}

I finally got around to building my Zeus 8's. When I try to run the programming utility I get a Microsoft .NET Framework popup.

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.

Could not find file C:\Users\Dad\AppData\Roaming\DLA\Smart String utility\1.0.0.0\config.xml.

When I ignore it the utility opens. I then select my setting and hit transmit. It says its transmitting but nothing is happening. The Yellow light turns solid as it says it's transmitting and the router gets active. Here is what I have setup.

Zeus 8:
Program jumper on
Pixelnet Universe 1 & 1
Power on via PC Power supply and green led lit
Terminate jumper on
Tested CAT5 cable plugged into Pixelnet in
1 String of 128 Smart String nodes from the Wiki hooked up as indicated.

EtherDongle:
Power on
Cat5 hooked up to the LAN Green light on, Yellow light blinks
Cat5 out Hooked to Zeus 8 In
Dongle programmed in Pixelnet Mode

Ok, I got the Error to stop. I didn't have the SSC Software installed first so the Zeus Software couldn't find needed files. Still no programming though.

Well, I got it working. It helps to be hooked up to the right side of the string. That stupid mistake cost me a lot of time. I used XLights to test the strings. It seems kind of slow. Anybody else notice that?

What do you mean by slow?

I just seems like there is a delay when selecting different routines in test mode. Works better today with the latest version, but still a slight delay or slow to respond.
