Export to LMS error
« on: July 16, 2014, »
I'm just getting started with Nutcracker this year. I created a sample butterfly effect for my pixel tree, and exported the sequence to an LMS file.

Then I attempted to open that file using LOR version 3.11.2 and got an error:
Quote
Unexpected entity name for reference
At which point the LOR sequence editor failed to load the sequence.

I found a work-around, which is to export to a LOR clipboard (.lcb) file, which seems to mostly work, however it gives the error:
Quote
Cannot allocate memory for copying archive event table

I think the .lcb is normally the cleanest option.  Personally I import the lms into xlights and then just add the rgb there.  Its a lot easier, but you have to add the timings yourself, which takes about 30 min to cover the key timings that really matter.
