Now that the video goes to ebaumsworld, can somebody give me the rundown on what I will need to program the pic using the pickit2 programmer?

It is kind of weird about ebaumsworld.

That is the only piece I have left before I can see my stuff go blinky flashy.

Does it matter if you hook up the pickit 2 first or install the MPLAB IDE first?
