Confused - what lights to get

I'm about to solder up by 16 active port. I got 16 ssc and all I'm missing or the lights. From what I've been reading you need a specific type to work with with rj setup. I'm trying to find some place to make the purchase of the lights and all the links I've seen are from people asking "will this work?" 

So what are my options? Wha are the best locations to buy lights for Smart strings?
