There will be a delay in starting the LE coop due to circumstances beyond our control. We are waiting for a quote on PCBs and heat sinks. As soon as we receive this quote, the coop will start.

We have an issue with the heat sinks. The machine shop guy is away on personal business and will not be back until next week. We will start the coop as soon as we get pricing on the heat sinks.

I would suggest that you take the price for heat sinks in the last coop and add 10%.  Then you can start the coop.  After all the initial price is only an estimate and not the final price.  If you do this with a note to that effect you can get started on collecting names and needs.

That is pretty much what I was thinking.  I know that the coop managers want the coops to run as smoothly as possible and I think that we all appreciate that.  The problem here is that some of these parts are getting hard to get and the more time that is wasted, the better the chance of not being able to get them at all.  I would really hate to see this coop die because a part needed for the LE becomes completely unavailable because someone buys the existing stock out a few days before the order goes in.
