New firmware for the Dongle

A minor bug was found during the wireless beta. This is not a major issue and only affects the top 16 channels of the universe. So if you are not using all 512 channels you do not have to update until you want to. It changes nothing on the other 496 channels.

The wiki is updated with the new firmware thanks to our wiki master Rick.

All working well for me, tested by setting and using channels 510,511,512 as group control channels on the new controller.
