Zeus version of the Smart String Utility, launch error

when i launch the SmartStringUtility.exe file i get a Microsoft .net framework error message,
am i missing some files, i am using win 8.1 64bit

Sounds like you did not do the install but just run the exe. Install the utility so it will create these folders and files.

I recall having a similar problem.  I think I had to install the regular (non-zues) smart string utility too in order to make the Zues one work.

That would be correct.  Software control is a bit lacking here sometimes.  One version is a full install that creates the required folders and links while the other is a replacement .exe and depends on the full install of the previous version to work.
