dmx combiner

HI there,

I'm in need of a dmx combiner. I have a Ether Dongle and a lynx express and I believe I need a combiner in order to connect to my laptop. I need some help please cause the wiki seems to be down.

Trying to setup vixen with my express.  Not really sure what I'm doing. =(

do you have an Ethernet connector on laptop
if so connect it to Ethernet port on etherdongle
then connector output of etherdongle to lynx express input

no combiner required

I am working on the wiki but it is taking a while as I have to work on it a little at a time between downloads. Hope to have it up in a day or so.

Also, you need to load the DMX firmware on the EDT and make sure that you are working with the 1st DMX universe.  The only possible reason to use the combiner is if you wanted to use the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th DMX universe coming from the EDT to control your LE.
