make sure that the cross-fade between sequences is set to 0.

under "test program" in program management,

try using "use a profile" to use a single profile for all sequences.

I just use a profile with only the Dongle plugin defined.
It's not about more, it's about enough.

the sequence(s) should NOT have any profiles attached. Just use the Schedule Program to set the dongle com port. When running a show you also don't want or need the adjustable preview if you used that.

Thats interesting Rick,

Last Christmas (Vixen 2.09) I had profiles attached to all my sequences in the show and they all ran just fine.  In the Program, Manage, etc. I had the option "use each sequence's plugin setup selected.  Was I just lucky or am I misunderstanding you commentary?

All depends on how you setup the program manager. In this case just trying to reduce the number of possibilities. Went being there its makes trouble shooting a bit harder.

Besides that, I believe that RJ recommends using the schedule program with those settings.
