unchecked off DMX in the add-ins drop down menu?

also, what comm port are you using?
It's not about more, it's about enough.

Hi EC

My first suggestion to try and I know you are going to think I am crazy or worse

Try Different USB Cables (I went through 4 cables before it worked well for me)

I would also try clicking on the menu bar
Tools
 Preference
  Sequence Execution
(either Check or UnCheck) Reset Controller at the end of the Sequence

Rick R.

I forgot to say to check and see if you have the latest version of the FTDI drivers. The link to it is in the wiki software page at the bottom. If you do update MAKE sure you update both the com port and usb bus drivers included in the file on their site.

Wait

Are you just running a sequence in Vixen or are you running a Scheduled Program?

If the latter then you should flatten out the sequence. (No profile, no attached plugins)

Then use the profile setting for the program

Make sure the cross over is zero

Cross over was the problem.  Thanks.  What is the purpose of this?

The cross over is designed to fade one sequence into the next. It doesn't work and so must be set to zero.
