I have an enclosure and I have marked my two boxes. Now I am trying to figure out a way to cut them...

Any help

The easiest way is to save that case for a rainy day and get a new one custom milled in the current case co-op ;)  Otherwise, maybe a dremel tool?

I butcher Cut mine using a drill and then a file to shape the square.

Same as rrowan here. It's a lot of work though. So I would go with REM's suggestion as I have saved my second case for a rainy day. The trouble with that, though, is that we're having so many rainy days here, I can't decide which one to choose. Garden is ruined.

I'd probably normally use a Dremel but will be taking advantage of the custom mill option as well.
