So we moved this year and I'm starting all over again.  Is there something that you guys/girls use to help plan your light layout and show?

I'm really dreading putting up the lights this year because of this.  I'm going to be putting them up to see what looks good where, then I'll need to reprogram all of my shows.

If I had a good program that would maybe allow me to take a picture of the house and start planning, it would be helpful.

I know Vixen has a preview, but it's very rudimentary and more difficult than it's work (at least with Vixen 2, I haven't tried Vixen 3 yet, so I don't know what's available in there, if anything).

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Look at xlights.  the visualizer / layout tab is pretty easy.
