power running backwords

I have a problem. channels 1-8 have power but + is running on the - side of the outlet connectors.
but if I unplug the power cord on the left side of the controller I have power on channels 9-16 but power is still backwords . I have changed the 16-bit Microcontroller still have power problem if I use the 16-bit Microcontrollers in another working  controller every thing works but no power on channel #9

I need help on how to fix this problem that I messed up!!

The only way that can happen is because you either connected the power input plugs backwards or the outlet that you are connecting them to is not wired correctly.  If you are using polarized plugs (and you should be), the narrow blade is the hot side and the wide blade is common.
