Lyne needs resetting after power off

I have an express, probably 4 years old, when its powered on everything looks fine but it won't respond to DMX, press the reset button on the board and it will then work fine. Physically powering the unit off/on does nothing. has to be reset button each time it has been powered off. Never had this problem before, any ideas?

I have issues periodically where they don't boot up properly after a power failure of even after the reset button is pushed. (I have +-35 of them however)  From what I know it's a firmware issues but nothing widespread enough that there was ever interest in addressing.  The only thing I have noticed that "may" help is not sending it a signal while it's restarting.  Other than that hit the reset button a few times usually fixes it until the next time it happens.
