FS (1) DLA Pixelnet Etherdongle (assembled)
« on: January 30, 2016, »
DLA Etherdongle - $80 + Actual shipping + paypal fees

Unit is fully assembled and in a conductor cutouts enclosure.  (no conductor installed)

This was my spare, so this unit still needs to be flashed with a pickit3 (I do not own one) with the pixelnet firmware
you want (there are 3 versions, depending on what pixelnet universes you want -- see the DLA wiki for the firmware files).

This takes E1.31 in and outputs 16k channels of pixelnet.

Note: I am selling for $10 below kit cost because this unit does not have the 6v 1A power supply.
It costs around $5 on amazon:

Added picture.

This has the cutouts for the conductor, if desired.

Price reduced to $80  <la..

You can also flash it for DMX if desired.  Most would not, but can if you want.  Can later flash back to pixelnet with a pickit3.

This is a great E1.31 to 4 x 4k pixelnet (16k total pixelnet channels ... range determined by firmeware flashed) ...  but it can also do a single DMX512  if desired.

Typical setup might look like this:

PC --->  [ optional network hub/or/router ] -----(ethernet E1.31)---> Etherdongle (this) ----(pixelnet)--->> ss active/or/passive hub --> active/passive hub --> zeus v1/v2 --> zeus v1/v2 ...

Plays nice with most Falcon hardware also.
