UK BOM form Farnell (uk.farnell.com) DMX Dongle

I am trying to put together a BOM for UK supplier and have made this list form Farnell.
There are items in this list that are not the same as the Mouser list and I am not 100% sure if they are compatible.
Any advise would be welcome.  The two items are  oscillator and the USB adapter.

There is a minimum order level on some components form Farnell.

What other electronics suppliers are located in the UK?

Mouser will ship to the UK, but I guess the problem is the ~$20 (12 GBP) in shipping for a small order?
You would have to pay the VAT either way, right?

Looks like the pinouts are different on the usb components, based on the FTDI site, ftdichip.com.
