6 Working 1 not... any thoughts

Got one board that I ran the test on an the zc light didnt come on, number 2 channel. I dont know what the zc is for so was hoping someone could help me out.

That's the zero cross for the AC.  It checks to make sure it is seeing the alternating current wave basically, crossing to zero.   Someone smarter than me will tell you what to check for, but are you getting other lights on the board?

I'd check and make sure I had all the chips in the right direction to start with.

Check the 6 pin chip at the left on the bottom. Just below the transformer. I is the h11aa1 , make sure it is in the correct direction,  the solder joints are good. check the 15k 1/2 watt resistors and the 2k resistor all in the same area.

If this does not help post some pictures.
