We stopped into Hobby Lobby this last weekend, and they had a couple short aisles full of Christmas type materials (for craft work).   I did not see any lights.

They might as well leave the stuff up all year long anymore.  Heck, maybe this is the stuff for Christmas 2010.   :P

Greetings,,,

That's what happens when I added an avatar to gently poke a little humor at a couple of people, now have to find out how to remove it completely.  To keep it in topic, I'm calling it my snowstorm avatar.   ;D

Not sure which Keith you are addressing, but I'll respond for myself since I am most familiar with me.   ;D  I can't remember where I got it.  I've had it awhile.  It is actually an animated gif that is funny, but it doesn't show up as animated on this site...at least not on my screen anyway.  Thought maybe the file size was too big (1.8MB) so it just shows the first frame.  I may see if I can shrink it some to maintain the animation.

-Keith (no not him...the other one)

lonewolf41,

I was specifically addressing Mister Tarpley, but now you have my curiosity up concerning your Avatar...  Perhaps you could post it as an attachment so we can see it sometime.

Hobby Lobby 40% off
I was in our local Hobby Lobby about a week ago and they had about 30% of their Christmas out. Including LED's and mini lights. My wife is a art teacher and is in Hobby Lobby alot. Here is what she had to say. "Hobby Lobby had a 40% coupon you can get on the internet every other week for one item. (Google Hobby Lobby Coupon) At Michael's you have to join and they will e-mail you a coupon when they want to (no pattern that she see's)" If sho wants more then one item, she takes me or will go buy the item two, three or more days in a row. Note: It's almost on the way home from school. If she does that 20 times a year it can really add up.
