On the far right of the chart above is a listing of a few vendors selling the CG-1500.  They are also available used.   I'm not suggesting any particular vendor but here are a couple more, for varying prices:

Note, there are two different CG-1500 cases, the old ones have different mounting bases (bosses) for the PCB to screw to.  The LE 5 PCB's fit the new CG-1500 cases, prior versions fit the older CG-1500 cases.

As an alternative, if you obtain the wrong CG-1500 case, you can drill the bosses out and replace with new mountings, epoxied into the case.
