It says small wires. Would wires taken out of cat5 work, or should I use something else?

The only problem with cat5 wire is it is normally solid and will break after a while of opening and closing the SSR4. I use the wire from cheap RC servo extensions I get form Ebay. It's like $8 for 100 of them and they are stranded wire so it doesn't mind being flexed. And they are hook together making it a little neater.
