Do we have to put in the jumpers?

If I know I am only going to use 1 universe, do I still have to put in the jumpers for the other universes. I am building 9 of these and looking for places to cut back if possible.

You can leave them out if you are using the first universe, but I'd put them in anyway.  That way, you can switch frequencies (that's really what they are doing) if you have any interference problems or want to expand in the future.
