One more option is to trim down the spacer a little bit (by about 3/32 to 1/8 in).  This worked fine for the 2 heatsinks that I tried.

First one of my boxes went together fine (screws included worked great), havent tried the 2nd.  But Im good with a work around.  Running to home depot or what to get a bigger screw is no big deal.


Thanks RJ for the support of the product... and the 1st box was fun to put together
