Fantastic work. I'll be eagerly waiting since I will be starting everything new; I'll use the v2 Tx once it is available.

You do know it would of been Totally Awesome if bumblebee transformed while the camera was on and stood in front of the LE and the LE continue to work.

That being said, Still a cool video and demo

Cheers

How about a video of a Wireless RX 2.0 Transforming into a TX 2.0 in front of your eyes. Best I could do Rick! Sorry! could not afford that option on the camaro.

thanks. Just for kicks and testing purposes

1. put a car in front of the signal with the radio on, tuned into the FM transmitter (playing music)
2. put it inside a house and a microwave in front of it running

If I needed two wireless situations -

I would need 2 units set in transmit mode and 2 units set in receive mode?  How would each reviver know who to listen to?

Hope this is isn't too stupid of a question, just want to understand.

I think that there is a jumper to select what universe it is transmitting/receiving.
It's not about more, it's about enough.

It's not really a seperate universe as far as DMX goes, just a different frequency and IIRC, the transmitter and receiver can work on three seperate ones.  If they are needed to be on seperate universes then you wold need a second dongle as well.
If at first you don't succeed,
your not cut out for sky diving

Hi Al,

I see that you're pretty new here, so am going to assume that you don't already have a huge automated display. With that, I'm thinking you're asking a simpler question... Something like - "in a simple installation, do I need one transmitter for every receiver?".

No, you do NOT need to keep transmitters and receivers in "pairs". One transmitter will serve any number of receivers - up to the 512-channel limit of a DMX universe. You only need more than one transmitter in the following cases:
- when you exceed 512 channels,
- when you want multiple unsynchronized, simultaneous displays, or
- when the signal from the transmitter isn't strong enough to cover the whole display area (geographically).

Hope this helps.
