Ron's 2009 Videos
« on: January 04, 2010, »
Here are my videos from 2009 at Christmas in Greatwood.

I really need to get a better video camera, sorry about being slightly out of focus.

Hi Ron,

Great work as always. Your video looks just fine to me.

If you can turn off auto focus if you feel its not sharp enough.

Cheers and thanks for sharing

Thanks all.

Rick, unfortunately I had autofocus off.  I tried a couple of different times to get better video and that was as good as I could do.  Guess I just need a new camera.  MORE EQUIPMENT, HAHAHA!

Ron,

Great lights, music and sequencing!

How many segments on your leaping lights?

Thanks,

The arches started out as 10 foot electrical conduit.  I think I actually wrapped about 9 feet of them and then cut off a little excess, but I haven't measured them.  As far as channels there are 7 per arch.  I used 7 strands of 100 count and each strand is setup as a channel.

They are smaller than a lot of people, but I don't have a ton of room in my yard so they work well I think.
