New Dongle Question

Is the new dongle going to require updated firmware?  I couldn't find any reference to it and I have some chips I need to program for one of our members.

The original firmware will work with the exception of the test mode. One the new version the jumper lets you put the dongle in test mode and it will put out alternating on and off channels to test the hardware without software having anything to do with it.

The new firmware that is not done will be needed to add that functionality. It is going to be a week or two before I get that out.

Is the Dongle firmware in the Wiki the updated version with the test functionality for the V2 boards?

There is no ver 2 firmware yet with the test feature in it.
