What Thermal Paste to use?

Hi!

Noobs here. I got 6 LE's from the coop and now starting to build the first one. What type of thermal paste/heat compound  can/should I use? Can/should I use Arctic Silver 5, Ceramic type or a Heat sink grease like the one from Radioshack? Link : You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login  How much will I be needing for 6 LE's?

This compound will work just fine, this is what I use. (Standard Heat Sink Grease) You can go with the higher costing artic silver stuff, but it would be a waste of money.
I built 6 LE's with one of those small tubes.
