The regulator has dissappeared for some reason. Guess maybe I went obsolete. Back to the old "If you ain't surface mount then you are on the way out" problem.  I have a few if you need them PM me for them.

I will be away for a few days so if you get no answer I will get back to you next week.

For 1) Looks like the LE V5 is using the following Mouser part

I would ask someone else to confirm that these would be OK replacements.  I was just comparing the LE v4 and LE v5 BOMs on the Wiki.

Looks like RJ posted first on the capacitor.

For the low dropout regulator...   it appears that 879-UPC2933BHBZ
might be equivalent...  different package (not TO220)  but the pin form seems to be the workable workable and it is the same pinout... main difference is that the center pin is connected to the tab (ground).  As the heatsink that is is not connected to any trace or grounding, I would suspect that this should not cause a problem.     


The 511-LD1117V33   is a different pinout and would not work without major twisting..  The traces were changed for the 3.3 LDO between LE version 4 and 5 to accomodate the difference.
