First Time using the LE boards, what did I forget?

I have used LOR equipment for the past 2 years.

The Dongle is a V2 and programmed by Engroup and checked out using one of his LE's.

Using the same USB cable and setting the port to COM7 (verified under windows Device manager).

Built 2 LE's and did the on board tests with no problems. Set first unit to 001 and second unit to 017.  Removed the terminator on unit #1.

I have all DMX LED's lit and if I remove the usb cable they go out.

Verified the DMX in/out connections.

Started Vixen and made a simple 32 channel seqence with a double chase.

Plugins attached is the Enttec DMX USB Pro. 1-32 channels and checked the plugin parameters (115200,8,1,none). Tried 57600 also.

It ran the sequence or the TEST sequence and none of the channels LED's will light.

Test feature on the LE's works fine and steps through the 16 LED's.

What did I overlook?

Check the configuration for the Vixen plugin and make sure that it is configured correctly.

I had to set my channels in Vixen to 512 even though I was only using 48.  Also make sure it is assigned to the right channel on the computer.

Thanks for the replies: got it working.

For some reason loading Vixen the first time to check the LE's out must have not really loaded right.

Opened a ported LOR sequence and ran it, the "adjustable Preview" would not work but the sequence ran.  Added the USB DMX and the whole thing stopped working.

Quit Vixen and reloaded again, this time the ported sequence ran with the "adjustable Preview", stopped the play and added the USB DMX. Restarted the play and everything ran OK with the LE LED's are working fine.

Opened the Test Sequence and it ran fine also.

Never know what your porblem can be.
