Case payment PM's have been sent.

Once all payments have been received for the cases I will get the cases, and the PCB screws on order.

Please remember that the cases are showing a 4 week lead time.

Bill

I may have missed this but wanted to double check.  Does the case payment cover shipping or will we still have one more payment when the cases are ready?

Thanks.

Alan T

I was just wondering the same thing.

I'm still working on the shipping cost of the cases.  I'll know more when I have the cases and are ready to ship them.

Hello All

It's nice to see that some of the packages have started to show up and members are getting there kits assembled.
I have received some PM's about the shipping.  I have thought about this and would like to post a response for all to see.

I am sure that some of you have noticed that the shipping box was a bit big for those that had a small number of kits.  Before I receive any more PM's about this, let me explain.
Yes some members could have had there parts put into a Medium fate rate box instead of the large, but it was originally intended to ship the cases along with the parts.  After talking with PolyCase and finding out that it would be a 4 week turn around, a decision was made to ship the parts ahead of the cases so members could assemble the kits without anymore delay.

It also takes time to get shipping materials ordered from the USPS.  Even though the boxes are free it can take up to 14 days to receive them.  This is why I went with the 100+ large flat rate boxes I had from the original plan.  So yes this meant for some that the box was bigger than needed.  If this upsets you I am sorry.

Thanks

Bill

The bigger box just means I have more room to "hold" supplies until I get things built!! ;D

Bill,

Thanks for getting the boards and components to us.

Quite frankly I wonder how you are managing to keep all of this straight, what with you doing this one and the Aether right on top of it.

A tip of the hat to everyone involved with all of this work.

Now to fire up the soldering iron.
