One Transmitter can run any number of receivers provided that all receivers are one the same universe as the transmitter and are within in range of the transmitter.

can i run dongle out to a dmx splitter then to 2 transmitters mounted on far left/right of my house to double send signal to all the receivers?

This question should not be asked in a coop thread but to answer your question, probably not.  While there will be no problem connecting two transmitters thru a DMX splitter, if they are both on the same channel they will probably interfear with each other unless your properety is really large where they are out range of each other.  I would place one in a central location and see if it reaches everything and if not, then add the second one on a different chanel and set the channel of the receivers to the closest transmitter.
