test jumper needed

i messed up when soddering the jumper and now there no copper in the hole is that jumper needed or will it work with out it

also what should the red led do should it dim when dmx light on commands are sent in vixen

The jumper is only needed for a test feature in a updated firmware I have yet to create.

The red led (power) should be on anytime the usb is connected.
