channels 225 up wont lite up on test

I was programing my 6 le's and when I got to channel 225 on nothing works I thought it might be the chip so I swaped chips reprogramed and still the same it is supposed to start at 218 go up to 233 but 225 on do not lite up. did it on 3 different boards did it on 2 different chips thought I had not enabled the channels and I had not bu that wasn'  it they still don't lite up any thoughts?

what software are you using?

Vixen, Lsp, etc

how many channels did you set up?

If you set the le to channel 1 does all of the channels work?

using vixen and the test channels section. If i programed the le for channels 218 thru 233 I lost channels 225 on. if I programed a lower start address all channels would come on. (low enough to not use 225 up)
