Consistent power flow on channel one!

I have a Lynx V4 that has a consistent power flow on channel one.

•   I have switched Optocouplers from channel 2,
•   Switched out the output power cable.
•   Switched out the 579-PIC24FJ32GA002SP from another working unit.
•   I have checked all connections, to make sure that there are not any cross solders

When I do the internal test the LED’s come on in the correct order, when in not in test mode channel one led is not on just like the rest.

any advice?

Sounds like it could be a bad triac on that channel to me.

I agree, Normally a triac that is damaged by heat will be on all the time.
