Received confirmation from vendor that order has been entered and they estimate the cases should be ready to ship to me on 10/21/2010.

Just posting to comply with Coop Rules.  No change in order status.  Did receive the Flat Rate Boxes for shipping the cases out so those are taken care of.  More later.

Received an e-mail from the vendor with version 2 case drawing to verify the customization request.  Confirmed that the drawing matched my request.  Vendor stated they will begin set-up and confirm that the sample v2 dongle I sent fits the v2 case.  Still anticipate a 10/21 date for shipping from the vendor.

Update. 

Cases are not finished so expected ship date of 10-21-10 has slid.  I will follow up on Monday to see when they expect to finish them and get them headed my way.  I'll update when I have more information.

Well, I'm not in much of a hurry since parts are so hard to come by for the V2 dongle all I have is two pcbs.  I still have my V1 dongle and it is working just fine.

Update:

I Spoke to Polycase this morning and the Dongle cases did ship on 10/21.  
The tracking information didn't make it to my e-mail.   (Hmmmmm)
The good news is they should arrive here on Thursday 10/28.  
I will get the shipping PMs out this week.

The UPS man delivered the cases this afternoon.  
Shipping PMs have been sent out.  
I will send the cases out as quickly as I can when shipping payments are received.

UPDATE:

Received the sample v2 Dongle back from vendor in a seperate package so just now got a chance to mount it and check the fit.  

Polycase did a great job.  (I didn't get the the green LED mounted as good as I did the red one on the sample so it's not as neat as I know you all will do so any irregularities you see in the photos are mine not the vendors.   )

I have a load of boxes ready to go the PO this afternoon and will get the rest out as quick as I can when shipping payments come in.

I've updated the 2nd post in this thread to show the payments I have received for shipping.  Currently I have 13 12 people that need to send payment so I can ship you your Dongle Cases.

If I do not have you marked as "SHIPPING PAID"  but you have, please send me a PM so we can track it down.

Thanks for the prompt response from those who have paid.  I sent out 38 packages on Friday.
