BTW, I'm still waiting on two payments - paul58 and brad.  Please pay up or I will have to cancel your orders and offer the kits to others - I already have one person on standby for a kit.  Thanks.

Argh.  According to Lori, there are 5 boxes from Mouser waiting for me when I get home.  Now I know how Bill feels with coops...

I now have all of the shipping boxes from the post office, and have a new J1sys programming adapter so I can flash the PICs.

Resistors, caps, and connectors have been sorted.  Mouser sent me 100uF caps that have the leads clipped and formed; I will try to get them to exchange them with ones with full-length leads; worst comes to worst, these are usable after straightening out one lead.  Next will be the fun task of counting LEDs...

Mouser will be sending me the correct caps; they should be here in 3-4 days.  It turns out the 1DU suffix on the part number means cut-and-bent leads, even though the web site and data sheet do not mention it.  Oh well.  Off to sort LEDs.

14 sets of LEDs have been sorted.  Only 41 more to go :-)  How does Bill handle those massive coops?

Bill????

How about JJ with 535 Express kits, in the first co-op. Now, that's some counting!

Teasing, of course.

Ugh.  535 Expresses with 16 LEDs each is more than twice the LEDs I just finished counting.   ICs and sockets are next, then the PICs need to be programmed.  I should be done sorting and bagging before the PCBs arrive, I hope.

Bill thanks his wife to help (if memory serves) and RJ thanks his dad  ;D.  I can only imagine what the payback after a huge coop for their help eh?
