Stackable ice cube trays in an esd safe work environment with a sesnsitive scale usually speeds up sorting. LEGO factory precisly weighs all pieces and master kits in order to insure the right items are plucked and packed.

Unfortunately, my scale isn't sensitive enough for the discretes (I tried it with the LEDs) and my ice cube tray is full of ice cubes. I did use a bunch of plastic ESD-safe drawers from a parts cabinet to help out.

PICs are all programmed, and I am about a third of the way with sorting DIPS. I still haven't heard from JJ that he has shipped the boards to me; I'm guessing they are still on the way from China. I know the holiday there did delay my other boards by a few days.

Just to clarify, JJ sent the bulk order of PCBs to me. When they arrive, I'll put them in the waiting boxes and send them out to everyone.

Two rather heavy boxes have arrived. It will take me a couple of days to get stuff packed, since I have stuff planned for the next few evenings. I will try to get them out by the weekend, hopefully. And then I get to build mine :-)
