Digikey made a mistake with one of my back ordered parts.  They shipped sooner than I thought they would and their shipping slips and emails noted the parts I was expecting; however, they called me shortly after and apologized because someone had shipped a similar part but not the correct part.  Fortunately for me, my parts would still be sent to me at their cost for the parts and shipping and they are letting me keep the parts sent as a mistake.

I had ordered the infamous;

3FD-312

They sent me;

3FS-312

Looking at their specification sheets the only difference I can see is the following;

Incorrect part has;

Primary Winding(s)   Single

Part as specified by RJ has;

Primary Winding(s)   Dual

Is it possible that the incorrect part could still be utilized on the Lynx Express boards?  If not I'll just toss them on the shelf of misc parts for potential future dust gathering / projects.

As long as you are running on 110V, it looks like it should work fine in an Express to me.
