LE V2 3.3 Regulator part number
« on: November 05, 2010, »
It's been a while on this one, but searching is not helping me.

A while back, there was a problem with the 3.3 LDO voltage regulator temperature range. RJ sent replacements. I fixed all but one of my LE's at the time I received the replacements. Now, after such a long while, I'd like to repair the only V2 LE I have, but can't locate the part RJ sent, so I'll just order another.

The part listed in the BOM is no longer available, so could someone let me know what the Mouser # is for the part for this particular board? Is it the same for the V5 boards?

Thanks for the any help.

Yes can someone help him and me find the thread while I was gone where I offered someone to send them some of these?

If they point us there post there so it is all together and I will work on getting them out.

So the options are:

MCP1826S-3302E-AB
or
LF33CV

How about the LD1117V33C (Mouser part # 511-LD1117V33C)?

It's cheaper than the other two and looks to exceed output current, although I'm not sure how much it needs anyway.

Thanks for looking these threads up. I found them originally, but didn't see the RJ stamp of approval on the one thread and thought it might not be OK.

I'm sure as soon as I order one of these, I'll find the one I'm missing.

I am still recommending the part sub I made originally. I just wanted to find the post so I could get with people I said I would send them and get them off to them.

I have the parts I bought them to give to those in needof them originally but not everyone pm me for them when I said to. If you need some pm me and let me know. I paid for the parts already all I need is the couple $ cost of the postage and envelope to send them to you.

I guess I'm still a little dense on this.

I can't find the "original" post. The one that is referenced  lists a part that Mouser says isn't valid. So, if you could please, can  someone list the part # that is supposed to be used? Or what are the important specs that need to be considered other that -40C operating temperature.

Sorry for the problems and thanks.

I don't think they have any but if you all will pm and tell me how many you need I have them All I need is postage and an address. Make sure to put what you are talking about in the pm as I get many. if you outside the US let me know cause the postage cost more.
