Dongle Substitution ACH-40-EK

I ran into a snag when trying to make my Dongle

The 815-ACH-40-EK oscillator from mouser is back-ordered, and the one from Digi-Key is not allowing single unit orders for some reason.

I tried to look elsewhere for comparable parts, and the only one I could find was ECS-2100AX-40.0 MHz from Digi-Key  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

The only difference I could find was that the ACH-49-EK has a 45mA supply current while the ECS-2100AX has a 33mA supply current.  Would this be an acceptable substitution?
