Well first off, Please don't use all caps. Its like you are yelling at us.

Check/ double check your computer clock - Am/Pm correct?

In the Scheduler also make sure you have Pm and not Am selected.

How did you set the manager?

From the sticky in the Vixen forum
Quote
When editing your sequence(s) you normally set the channel names and colors for each and adjustable preview in a profile. When you run a scheduled show you don't want a lot of extra data in there causing slow down and possible com port errors. One way to do that is when either using the seq for a show or putting it on the "show" computer is to flatten the file.

In Vixen with the sequence loaded. Select menu Profile and then select flatten profile into sequence. Click on YES until you get back to the edit screen.

Click on Attached plugins and remove any thing in there (ie: adjustable preview, enttec pro usb, etc)

Now save the sequence for the show  (rename if you wanted too "Save As")

-- Show Computer --
Created your Schedule (Programs menu, Manage)
- Create program and add sequences.
- Select first option - Program plugin and click on plugin setup
- - Only select the Entec USB Pro plug in and set your com port and 115200 baud rate.

Save/Exit program manager
Schedule the program (ie Time and dates)

You didn't mention if you get an error or not.

Cheers

Ok,

No problem about the caps.

In Vixen scheduler.
You can use either the program (you defined the list of sequences) or just schedule the sequence.
Either way you have to set the time you want to start. Once that is done go to the last tab in Scheduler and look at the Agenda view. It should show your start and stop time.

Make sure the check box is unchecked  (Disable the schedule)

To be honest I fought with Vixen scheduler for 2 years, The first year it was a hit or miss, but mostly a miss.

This year I am using xlights to run the show and use Vixen to program the show. So far it xlights seems to work, once you get used to how it works.

Hope that helps or at least gives you ideas where to look

Cheers

I am thinking of using xlights for the show this year also. I had lots of issues coming home to no lights on last year and finding the Vixen scheduler confused and having to restart everything.

Just so you know

KC the programmer of Vixen has stated that 2.5.x is really a beta version. 2.1.x is the stable version.

Some people have no problem with 2.5.x, others like me switched back to 2.1.x

Cheers

We use 2.5.0.3 and the scheduler works since you have songs in 2.5 already.  2.5.0.3 seems to work good for the scheduler aspect, but as he stated above the author still believes 2.5 are all betas.

Hope that helps so you can use what you have now.
