MR16 Controller Manual

This is the manual in rough draft. I know there are misspellings etc in it but it will get the pcb assembled. This is a simple board to build very little complication to it at all. Most could do it with out a manual but I want each project to have a manual. I will clean it up when I have some time.

Hi Folks,

I have updated the manual in hopes of getting it up to the standards that RJ set with the Lynx Manual.

I have replaced the pictures, added a BOM, table of contents and did some basic editing.
