1 channel not working

Just hooked up my express and noticed channel 5 does not light up.  The led does come on but not the string of lights.  I hooked the string up to full time power and it does work.  Any ideas

It's going to be :

Bad or not connected cable

Solder joint
or
Bad Opto
or
Bad Triac

At least these are my three guesses in that order

RJ mentioned it already, but I had this last year and it was a bad solder joint...
