I need help as soon as possible. I have 200 people outside my house for opening night and vixen is messed up now. Ran the show last night and all was fine, now when I press test channels it locks up, as well as when I try to run a sequence the song plays but nothing shows up in the preview.

Can someone please call me, I will pay 100.00 for a quick fix.

Sounds like what my show was doing last week.  Vixen opened up and sound played but no lights in the preview.  Also when I went to close Vixen the software was locked up.  I had to unplug the dongle to release the software with a com port error.  R.J. helped me and I had to replace the small silver box on the dongle.  The crystal oscillator went south.  Replaced it and all is well.
