xLights Hardware Suport

csf:
This will be a topic to post what hardware you have successfully driven from xLights. Please put the os and xLights version in your post. I think this will help any new users and will help us keep track of what works and what needs to be improved in xLights.

So right now I have personal tested xlights with the flowing hardware from windows (for this post I am leaving at version number since some test were done with source builds, prior to 0.2 and should not effect results on 0.2 since network support was only improved)

Dongles:
LOR usb rs485b
LOR usb rs485
ENTTEC - DMX USB PRO

Network accessories:
LOR pair of Easy Light Linker

Hardware:
LOR CTB16PC
LOR 1602W
LOR 16D QC

Good idea! I think I will just list what I've used in a "production" environment, because during testing I run through many other configurations. I would also add that it would be good to list whether you are running Vixen or LOR sequences, or both.

For Halloween 2010:

Windows 7 (32 bit)
LOR S2 Sequences to MP3 music
LOR USB dongle
LOR CTB16PC
Arduino Duemilanove - xLights script sent serial port commands allowing Arduino board to report sensor status and to control a stepper motor
16 channels

For Christmas 2010:

Windows 7 (64 bit)
LOR S2 sequences to MPEG movies
3 Lynx dongles
5 Lynx Express (2 with EX/RX receivers)
4 Lynx DC Controllers
3 LOR CTB16PC
2 LOR CTB16D
3 Aus Christmas Lighting TP3244
1000+ channels
