I am posting this as a "For Your Information" update.  I have already sent PMs to the 6 members that this affected. 

There was a problem at the reqional Postal sort facility here and a small number of my International packages were returned due to a misunderstanding by the USPS staff on some new Flat Rate rules and services for International Priority Mail. 

I've spent the last two days working with the Customer Service Manager for my region and they say that they have resolved the issue (hopefully).  These packages should be back in the system no later than Monday. 

I apologize profusely for the delay and any distress or anxiety this might have caused.
