No. They will not work. Although RJ is building a dumb rgb ssc controller yet to be released that may work with them.

Go to wiki for link to rectangles that work with ssc controller.

the picture on that page doesn't match the actual product. the actual smart string plastic rectangle have 3 wires. that picture is there to give you a general idea what a plastic rectangle looks like.
To rule the entire tri-state area!  What's that? Perry the Platypus!!!

I got a quick question.  How exactly are you keeping these in place?

The modules are hot glued onto the pipe that holds the SSC. There is a piece of coro in the collar that the modules and SSC are glued to. The globe sits on the collar and is held in place with three screws.  The pole slides over a sleeve which is hammered into the ground. I don't have any pictures of the sleeves on my laptop.
