Hey folks,
I don't think this is an appropriate forum for this type transaction.

The intent is to sell/trade excess DLA related equipment

PM sent.      Since I am interested in these I have no problem with the post.  For the integrity of the Forums you are probably correct and the vender deals sections might be more appropriate for this type of thing.

I see no reason to delete anything.  I have been here a while now and don't recall any restriction to DLA related equipment only in this section.  Sure, this isn't the place to be sellling a used car or renting an apartment but it is an area to offer things used to create light shows.  Since many of us buy the supplies we use to build our display items from the big box stores, offering cards for them at a discount price is appropriate for this section.

Please go to Welcome, A Beginning, and read item number 5.

There is no reason to delete the thread as no harm has been done.

My opinion on this restriction is that it helps aviod any legal entanglements as there are no buyer/seller protections provided by this site. The only site remediation is to ban a user...

Enjoy the site, we are all here to add a little blinky flashy to the world.
